He one who is seeking healing MUST practice chastity. Chastity provides the energy and purity needed to open the doors for your benediction. In my culture one must practice chastity even after a spiritual bath. Remember sexual energy is healing energy only if you practice sexual alchemy/transmutation. Practice chastity whenever you are seeking a benediction that requires purity. Whenever you are praying for healing it is important that you remain focus, concentrate & visualize the healing you’re seeking. This will help direct the energy. 
🕯️ALTER REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR HEALING CANDLE
As soon as you light this candle it’ll be activated and you’ll be working with Archangel RAFAEL (treat and use this candle with reverence) 
• White cloth
• Incense Choose between (frankincense, Myrrh, Amber, or Benzoin) 
• Salt on a fireproof vessel
• Alcohol (1/4 cup) you will ignite the alcohol and the salt so be aware of the flame and be responsible . 
• 1 Glass of pure Alkaline Water (you’ll be drinking it) OPTIONAL: you can add 3 drops of holly water or moon water to activate it. 
• Pentacle 
• Rune Ur or Uruz (if you don’t have this rune you can draw it on a piece of paper)
